Silly, insigificigant question

This question really doesn't have any importance to the story, but since my Steam isn't working, can somebody tell me the answer?
If you noclip during the 'vorts saving alyx' scene, is Breen still in his bubble?
Is it at the top or bottom of the shaft?

You can't no clip during that section, but Alxy does say when we first meet up again that she sees Breen falling.

It doesn't matter whether you can noclip or not, you don't see it in game, and therefore no matter what is there it bares absolutely no significance because you cannot see it and you are not intended to see it.

Also, no he won't be.

Vass she was referring to the last thing she remembered - standing atop the reactor platform, seeing the portal array collapse and Breens bubble fall down the chute, not what happens whilst the Vorts rescue her.
