Site Navigation Bar

At the very top of the forum, there is a dark blue site navigation bar with 4 links. Nothing happens when you click on them, they are titled Link 1 - 4.

Please fix this, I don't like to be ignored when I click on things.

lol, they will most likely be set to go to different locations on the site once important locations come up.
