So I'm finally buying a new computer

I want to go all out with this so I don't need to go buy anything new for quite some time and still be able to play next gen games for a few years to come.

thats $2030AUD, so ?967GBP, so it doesn't sound bad.

why spend so much on a case? antec 300 should be alright.

also, good idea to get OEM vista, much cheaper for same thing. remember windows 7 is coming out, so you'll probably want to upgrade to that.

I guess the case just looked awesome. No real reason otherwise.
And yeah I will be upgrading to Windows 7 when it comes out.
Anyway been thinking about it and have decided to bump uo the ram to 1066MHz rather then 800 MHz to get the full potential out of my motherboard. Also thinking of going to 1gb vcard over the 512mb vcard, thou would that just be overkill? I mean, with my current setup, is there any game out there which I would not be able to run on full high graphics on everything?

To be honest, with the price for your CPU you're kinda being ripped.

Austin is selling a Core 2 Duo 2.8 for $190.00 AU. Was thinking, couldn't hurt to overclock it to 3.0.
