Doom 3 will have it's following, but it seems too simple to arouse my interest.

I have said this before....Doom III will be the most elitist game ever and there is NO WAY it will run on a P3 700mhz..... won't hold a candle to HL2....If you want my opinion, and you probably don't, I think Aylx won't be to bad, I feel she will be a worthwhile addition to the game, and hopefully not stereotyped......

By the looks of it Alyx will not be stereotyped, Valve is going for realism and most stereotypes are not that realistic. I also have no idea why so many people feel the need to kill Alyx.

But seriously, I think Valve has a good track record on real humans, and by the looks of things she should be a good addition. She isn't built like a porn star, and I haven't seen her wielding a gatling gun in any official art release.
