Something very wrong on my computer.

For some reason I can't log into any of my accounts to anything. Email, forums, anything online that I need to enter a password on. I KNOW it's the right password but it says it's wrong. I didn't touch any kind of settings or anything. This is really really pissing me off, anyone ever had this happen to them?
