"Speak" command

I believe this speaks the BlackMesa voice to your clients from the server ? - But the dedicated server just crashes if I use it.
Is this to be expected, or does anybody have any info ?

I didn't think the "speak" command was in Source games?

It is on CSS. No idea how though.
