In the HL2: Episode 1 trailer Alyx says "Stalkers! I hope to god they can't remember what they were..."

Humans become Stalkers, which means at first they have the memory of being a human. But what about the Stalkers who had theit memory erased?

This is just an idea. Oh, and sorry about my writing. I am not that good at it.
