Stats tracking

I've been REALLY getting into HL2 DM lately (if you've got a cooperative team, it's pretty much non linear Battlefield 2 on smaller maps) and was wondering if there was any way to track my stats via some third party program that runs in the background.

There are a few servers I frequent that track my rank, but that's not enough for me. I'd like to know my accumulated stats throught.
