Steam is doing something, but what ?

When i open up the "Monitor" Tab of Steam, it shows that Steam is actively downloading/uploading or whatever . What it doesnt show me, is what its actually doing ?
Ive checked all the Games and none of them says "updating" or anything.

What is this ?
