Steam username question

Is there anyway I can get a list of Steam users' usernames. I have re-intalled HL2 and want to get going so I need my brother's username but he can't remember exactly what it was. It's drk_chilli but he can't remember what's in caps so I need to find out. If not does steam have anything like on a mobile where if you get the pin wrong 3 times the phone locks because if I have to guess it I don't want to end up locking steam from my computer.

He probably deleted any e-mail he got from steam, and it's not like he's gonna let me look through his inbox. OK, I'm gonna guess it.
