Tonight, I used Steam on my dads laptop, and when I came back to my main computer, I had turned off the laptop and turned on Steam. As I sort-of expected, to Log-on window popped up. However, I WASN'T expecting not being able to read or type anything. Here:

I could not read or type anything in the window, but I could press the buttons. When I pressed what was the "log-in button" (outlined in white), the window that would say something like: "wrong password."

I could kind of type in the boxes, but it would not show up, and it would not register (i think)

UPDATE: I figured out that I COULD type in the boxes, but i had been writing over what was already there, so Erased what I couldn't see and typed in the RIGHT stuff. IT WORKED! BUT. BUT it still looked like THIS:

this sucks. I can type anything and click on anything, but not SEE anything that is regular type.

Edit: OH, And I DID try restarting my computer.

Woah it's like you're logging into the universe.
