Funny, in all of the binks and associated Half Life tid bits valve have been feeding us over the years, and valve havent shown any footage of gordon or the resistance bringing down a strider, which make the bastards look pretty damn near invincible, they look like they can cop alot of fire and keep on stridin, it will be a good day indeed when I drop one of those, make a nice big crash i reckon.....Go the Melbourne cup!

you know i think VAVLe does everything for a reason. well i know most of us think that 1 and 1/2 year delay was a little to long but hey i think they had a good enoughr eason and were thinking about security

Perhaps a strider getting KOd is one of the "treats" valve have saved for the game. How cool did the alien gunship look when it gets shot down on coastline?
I'm thinking loud creaky groans followed by Mr strider crashing down with a bang.

Damn..... i was just looking thorugh all the binks i've downloaded and i was sure i had one where you're in a sort of place sorta like ST Marks square and there's like two striders and a flying ship thingyt... and you fire your rocket launcher at one of the striders and the rocket gets shot down by the flying ship thingy..... and then you get shot by the strider and die.....but then i couldn't find it... so i must have dreamed it? DAMMIT!!!!!!
