stuck at black mesa

please help ive gone through the scanner we go to the lift have a little chat ,she stands by the lift i get in and nothing happens!!! ive pressed buttons etc! have i missed something or what!!HELPPPPP

This is a simple glitch that happens to lots of people. Just reload the level or an earlier savegame
BTW, everyone and his grandfather are no gonna accuse you of pirating the game.
