Hi, Barny is on the roof of an destroyed bulding i'm standing in and says that i must kill the snipers that keeps him down but there are no snipers there and if i just walk away from it i'm just walking in a circle. Sorry for my sucky English btw

Your choice of words suggests that you aren't on the same level as Barney. You need to follow the route right up to the roof where he is, not just until you are standing underneath him chatting to him. There are some stairs you may have missed which lead right up to the roof, to Barney's elevation, and when you get up there the remaining snipers reveal themselves.

Ah, Okey. Im under Barney but where are the stairs?

While facing Barney, they're behind you. Turn back towards the stairs but keep to the far left. It's actually the same stairwell that you came up, but in order to find the next flight up, I think you need to come out towards Barney and double back, due to obstacles on the floor (...? not sure).

Basically the stairwell you came up on continues up to the roof, but the next flight up isn't immediately accessible/visible until you navigate around some stuff. That's how I remember that area anyway.
