Stuck at last level (I think)

I got the super gravity gun. I cannot jump for some reason. And there is a small fence in the way, that I have to get over. I cant use stuff as a ramp.

What do I do?

Is it just after killing the strider? If yes, then "think".

You should still be able to jump, once you get the super gravity gun you have to make your way to two rails of those 'people holding pods' and get on the far one (the one closer to you goes into somesort of sterilization machine or something and kills you).

It's a bug If you can't jump you'll have to start a new game and play on from the beginning of that chapter.

It's a funny one.
