Stuck In Benefactors!!!!!

i just started benfactors, i hop around the clifff and get into citadel. I see a blue laser with some empty cans going through it. nothing else to do so wtf??????
enabled all the cheats to explore the whole board and nothing happens. pls somebody wtf????

the cans can be used... walk past and see the place where you can actually approach them...

Press 'E' key to use them, there is a choice though, 'cause you can go through laser or choose the other line. Try it!
