Stuck (in game)

I cant figure out how to get out of an area. Its 3 rooms. This is the area that you get into by bashing the ceiling air vent (which you are standing on) and fall through.

I'm figured out how to into the room connected by a red glowing tunnel. But now Im stuck.

Can Anyone help please?
