Stuck in Radioactive Canal

im stuck in the part right after you knock the crane free to gather the dropped supplies. I need to get across some radioactive goo but I keep dying, theres some blue barrels nearby??? also is there a WALKTHOUGH anywhere???? thanks

Sounds like you left your airboat behind a little early. You never have to cross radioactive goo on foot unless it's littered with stuff to make a bridge across with.

Yep, no radioactive goo without the airboat.

Your not suppose to run thru the goo. Go back to previous level and get the airboat.

Those blue barrels are the answer m8.
You have to dive under water with those barrels and place them onder the ramp wich is preventing your exit onto the radioactive sludge.
the ramp is in the water and can be lifted out when you place the blue barrels into the basket on the underwater end of the ramp.
When you placed 4 barrels into the underwater basket the ramp will lift up.
Take the airboat and go back a bit so you have enough speed.
Drive up the ramp and fly over the waterpit.

Its either that, or the bit further on with the blue barrels in the sewage, when you already have the grav gun, so you pick them up as stepping stones

I think you're right though MindCrime, the crane thing fits more to the ramp zone than the stepping stone one

Trying to get through this game one step at a time
But i haven't got a clue which part you mean now.
I got the gravity gun at Black Mesa, and then i went through that freaky town with the priest.
Which was quite fun actually
now i have to fight my way through battle ships where i had to park my car.
So it's back to the playing grounds for me
