STUCK in Sandtraps?

PLEASE help, if possible, and please don't tell me to read a walkthrough, I already have, more thyan oone and have watched the UTUBE of this over and over and still cannot get further.
I am in the LAST part of Sandtraps, killed the two zombies by the fire in a cave, went up trail, and killed those "guards" etc. and I SEE on UTUBE, he appears to take that upper ledge and goes a short distance and gets to opening of a - like "drain pipe" from which a "leaper" comes out after him.......anyway there it is - the way forward.....BUT....I have watched that video frame by frame [real dark] and tried everything and CANNOT find that open pipe to get on with it.
IF you can P_LEASE tell me what I am missing here I HATE to have to quit the game here - I am really enjoying this game.

Find a ladder, go up said ladder, jump off to the left, thar you be, after you do a bit of jumping.

yeah, all you have to ddo is go up the ladder and follow the ledge.when you g along, you will see it ends in a sheer drop, but then go back and jump up on to the smaller ledges.if you havnt finished it by tommorow, ill post a screenie or 2.

THANKS guys! THAT did it......I saw on the UTUBE video that the player jumped off, like you said, but I would always climb down that ladder and search from there....I NEVER would have guessed that you HAD to JUMP off like that in order that you can progress in the game. WHAT a relief.....I'm on my "killing" way again.
