stuck in the ol route kanal

As have many Ive read I seem to be in a different spot.
I dont see any valve but I can be underground or above.
I have a few screen shots
I think I see where I need to go I will put it first but I dont see
any where to swim through the pipes.

Tried going above the pipes and dropping down onto the pipe with the valve?

I dont see any where to enter is that in the room with the screen thing spining in the water?

If you are where I think you are you have to clime on top of the pipe and walk down.

No, you go into the water were that spining thing is, and theres a little cave thing you go through.

cool that worked now turned the valve and waiting for the water wow is it slow.
im going to go through a hole on the left if the water gets here.

Oh I see. Yeh, if your standing at "route 1.jpg" you have to swim down to the left and through a tunnel.
