Stuck in Water Hazard. Different Part.

I have no where to go. I feel like I've been around in circles looking for a way to get out.

I don't know how to capture screen shoots of the game, but I'll try to explain. It's where I climb up this latter, and there is a little bridge I have to cross to get over to the other side, and this platform has a broken oven or stove, and there is a lift, or elevator near by. I don't know what to do with the lift, or where to go from there. I try to jump over the locked gate to get over to the other side by piling up heavy objects on this seesaw type of thing, but it doesn't work.

I've tried retracing my tracks backwards and I still can't find out where the hell I'm suppose to end up? Am I suppose to end up over that locked gate or is there some lever or switch that I'm not finding?

If I figure out how to do screen shots, I'll be back with more detail. Thanks.

Climb up to the ledge above some lift-type thing, there should be a washing machine there. Push it off so it lands on the life-type thing which makes the ramp rise. I just crouched and walked into it to push it. Then get in the air boat thingy and launch off the ramp

I kind of already pushed the washing machine thing on the lift and now the lift doesn't come up anymore, so I can't use it...and what air boat? I didn't see an air boat. Totally lost here...thanks though.

You should have that boat thing with the giant fan-proppellor on the back from earlier in the game...once the ramp is up from pushing the washing machine into the lift thing you should be able to launch off the ramp in the air boat. I don't know if you can just jump it....

There are a scary amount of people that have never used the airboat and tried to complete water hazard! Is this a graphic problem or plain ignorance? You get the airboat, which is a some sort of small hovercraft, from a woman just before the start of water hazard. There has been a texture problem that made the boat disappear for some people ( Or I've heard).

Oh and you can not complete water hazard without the boat.

Yeah...what you're describing is part of the segment of the game where you are driving around in that hover-craft/boat thing. I kinda got stuck there too. Don't be mislead. The "lift" you're talking about isnt something you're supposed to actually use. There should be a switch next to it, which will "activate" it for lack of a better term. You'll notice then if you stand on the lift, it is rigged up to a platform nearby and causes it to slant upward. You can climb up above and push the washing machine or stove or whatever down into the lift so that the ramp will hold permanently. Then get back in the hovercraft and just fly over the obstacle on the ramp you just made. If you don't know what I'm talking about by "hovercraft" then it sounds like you did something wrong....you should have gotten to where you are driving some sort of vehicle. If you dunno what I mean, then I suggest you start the level over.

I'm suprised that you made it all the way there in foot. Wait a minute. You can't get there on foot, there are Radioactive water in the way that will kill you if you step on it.

I kept dying because I wasn't sure what was going on, so to find out what I was doing wrong I put the cheat on, but I still didn't know where I was and still couldn't get out. Yeah, it's pretty hard to pass that level without that boat you are talking about, but I never got it from anyone and that's mainly the reason I kept dying. I'm going to have to just start the level over again. Grrrr. Am I the only one who didn't get the airboat?

That level was long to begin with (fun, but long). I can't immagine it without the boat. Especially the level boss; If you've already passed it, you know what I'm talking about.

Actually, I have a feeling that once you get to the outpost where the Vortiguant puts the gun on the side of your airboat (Just beyond this puzzle in fact), you'll get a new airboat anyway. I say this because I parked up my airboat and it had moved when I went back to it after the resistance guy gives you a "briefing". That briefing seems like a good excuse to get the player where they can't see the airboat being switched: the Female resistance member even blocks your exit from the room.

However, getting past this current puzzle could be problematic without the boat... it seems you must have cheated to get past other things anyway, so I don't suppose you'll have much trouble cheating you way past this one anyway...
