stuck in water works

I'm stuck..there are 2 ships and a couple of trailers in this area. I shot the emenys that were above me on the wall above. There is a broken ramp, I see how the air boat could jump across the ramp and into another area..but there is a fence that I can't break to access the ramp. I was able to walk through the tunnel..its a radioactive stuff ..and this leads to a open area...with more ships Any ideas on how I can get the airboat into this area?..also there seems to be only 1 way out..thanks

Yeah , i know where your are. Just watch out for 2 containers (red i think). Go out of the boat an d watch em. You'll get it how to do the rest.
