stupid question

remember b4 when half life 2 was yet to be release you would sit back in your computer chair watching and rewatching all those bink videos that were released? thoes videos were so cool. when i played the game however there were section in those videos that never appeared. for example. there was the video "Kleiners Lab" where at the end the strider breaks through the wall of his lab. that didnt happen for me. also in nova prospect there was a video called "tunnels" where man hacks were chasing gordon and at the end he runs into alyx and there was a combine soldier and a blue creauter that stabs him in the back, and also the one entitled "barricde" where you join up with barney and he says "remember when we thought black mesa was as bad as it could get?" those scenes were not in the game for me. were they in the game for you??

No...they were not.

Tunnels and Kleiner's Lab were there. Only modified.

They were changed/cut for a reason.

 

[sixteenth]

Yea, they were originally very boring and made Alyx look too dramatic. They were changed so that what was happening in front of you didn't break away from the story and make you think about otherthings.
