The carving tool

Hey guys i was recently told that it is not recommended to use the carving tool as it can cause errors when compiling. Instead when building your brushes you should just leave spaces for areas that are meant to be windows and doors.

Is this true?

It's true that the Carve function can yield some very bad results. There's no reason to use it for window and door holes. You could use the Clip tool.
