The Faint is f*cking awesome.

I haven't listened to them in a really long time but recently I popped in an old cd of theirs. Man, are they great.
Not only do they sound great, but their lyrics are genius, especially Birth, Your Retro Career Melted, and Ballad of a Paralysed Citizen. Of course the funnier stuff like Desperate Guys and Erection are awesome as well.
This is probably one of the few bands I would pay good money to see live, I'd imagine it would be loads of fun, and I have heard they are good live.

At least watch the first two videos to get into them.

Your Retro Career Melted, The Conductor, and Southern Belles in London Sing are my favorite songs. I have always loved The Faint's lyrics.

The only complaint I have about them is some of their tunes are very repetative, and it takes a good amount of time listening to them to make the distiction between songs.
