The Heavy's Sandvich

I made this for lunch today. I tried to make it look like the sandvich as best I could. I have to say I feel like I've gotten a health boost.

It's nice, but most of those ingredients look disgusting. I can tell that lettuce is mostly water and tasteless, the tomatoes aren't ripe, and the cheese is processed. Blargh :x

EDIT: Ok here it is.
Oliver on a stick in the top
White bread
Lettuce and Tomato
Cheese (Can't remember the exact name of the cheese with holes in it)
Meat and Poultry (Ham or Chicken basically)
White bread

And then cut the double sandvich in 2 across the centre from corner to corner.
Eat and gain 120HP!

The "white substance" is Miracle whip. Thank you all for your positive replys's. If I make another I'll also try to get a beer bottle and print out a old geezer draft label for it. Of course first I have to find a good picture of the label. Help perhaps?

That's ****ing awesome. I didn't even know sandviches gave you health after dropped, I just sort of assumed they'd count as ammo like all the other weapons.
