Or at least the logical :D

Ok so...

HL2 is 15 Years after HL... Got it

End of HL we assume that we said YES to Gman... Got it

So we are now working for Gman... Got it

HL Ends on a tram train...

HL2 Begins on a train (Ok that could be a fluke BUT...)

Beginning of HL2 Gordon dosent really know wtf is going on...

Beginning of HL2 Gman is telling Gordon to wake up, he is really distorted and its as though Gordon has warped...

Black scientist notices Gordon ha hardly changed over time... Facily...

When Gordon and the girl go through a Warp they arrive +1 week after = Time travel is a possibility...

Can you guess whats comming?

Gman need Gordon to aid him in City17 15 years after the Black Mesa Incident...

We have gone through time to complete this task...

Thats why we dont know what happened

Who is who...

Why has every1 else aged except Gordon?

Gordon is fairly famous...

And most importnantly at the end of HL2 Gman shows he has the power to stop/freeze time...

Finally, HL2 ends on a train.. Gman gets off (As if we are back on the tram train in HL at Black Mesa, and we have returned here as the job is complete)

Comments?

Yes, a few comments:

- the train at the begining is kind of explained, the colours change the same way as teleporting to other places, and one of the guys on the train comments saying "I hadn't noticed you got on" or something like that.

- The way you put it you seem to be saying that at the end of HL when you go into the portal, you're actually traveling 15 years into the futur, but at the end with the Gman talking he seems to imply that you are just kept in "storage" untill needed again.

- The end of HL2 didn't finish on a train, it went from the frozen explosion to emptyness with stars and a door opening from no where.

Edit:
That would make Alyx like 17 wouldn't it?
We can't tell that unless we know how old she was in HL and I don't remember finding her age, let alone that she even existed in the first game.

There's a picture of her as a kid in Eli's lab that he says was rescued from black mesa but there's no way of knowing how long before the incident it was taken.

Well...I hadnt thought of it until now, but, the G-man does say "well, this is where I get off." That is what one would say if they were on a train, or trolley or subway, what have you.

Remember the end of HL1? It was on a train in some kind of weird interdimensional void. I think what Valve was trying to imply is that you were on the same kind of interdimensional train. The door at the end of HL2 opens in exactly the same place as the door on the train in HL1. And there was a portal there, just as G-Man's walking through it would imply.

So you probably were on a train, in some weird sense.

why does everyone always asume that the 3rd installment is the last? (If there will be one!)
