Who makes good - great water cooling kits? Any good ones I can get for ~$200-300?

I have an AtlanticWare liquid cooling system, have yet to see it go higher than 36 degrees celsius. I forget the name of the exact model I have but it should be on Newegg somewhere. I definately recommend it.

I have heard that Aseteks WaterChill kits are teh works when it comes to watercooling. IF you want really good cooling, apparently the dual 12cm fan radiator is the one to go for, althrough you may need to do some serious case modding or buy a Cooler MAster Stacker case, which I think is the only case that can house a dual 12cm radiator without any modding. Here is a link with products, not sure where you are from, but at least it will give you a rough idea of what the kits come with: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Complete_Kits.html

I got the Koolance Exos 2, hopefully this will work good since all I want to cool is my CPU and video card. All the reviews I found showed the cooling being pretty good compared to others and the simplicity if it seemed simple enough. I needed something really good but simple at the same time since this would be my first time messing with water cooling, shouldn't be too hard *Crosses fingers*

Edit: Thanks for you feedback though :D

Exos is supposed to be really good, but is that the newest one? I read a review of the newest one on hardocp.com I'm too lazy to check now.

distilled and purified water cools better than tap water

I just tried this and I think there is something wrong with my pc.. It doesn't start up.. nah just joking, good luck with teh fitting the watercooling stuff! You will need to post your temps when you get it up and running.

Yes it's the newest one (Exos 2), and it works GREAT! Least I think so. The temp readings on the Exos aren't that accurate but my ASUS Probe states my 64 4000+ OCed to 2.56GHz is running at 28~30 Celcius. My 6800 Ultra is running at ~40 Celcius. I haven't run any games yet to see how hot the 6800 Ultra gets but I will when I get home from work. If it stays around 40C I'll OC my vid card more.

I have my cpu at 28C, and my 6800gt at 40C with a piece of shit Raidmax case and no water cooling whatsoever. I know you've o'clocked, but shouldn't water cooling give you lower than that?

My CPU is currently at 49 degrees load :|

Seriously considering watercooling the bast :)

is it idle at 28 or is it at 28 under load? Mine is at 28-30 under load

ah, well there you go :) Mine's around 45 under load. That's alright then.

I ran both Doom3 and HL2 and my GPU never went above 45C. With the aircooler I would idle at ~45 and it would get up to 60+C

Thats pretty cool gweed! Really shows how much more cooling it can provide!

Also low price:
Supplies:
Thin plastic clear tubing
A really big bucket with a hole near the bottom, but not on the underside
Water
Another really big bucket
Some caulk

Procedure:
Place the bucket with the hole higher than your computer
Insert the tubing through random places in your computer
Put one end of the tube into the hole in the first bucket, caulk it so that its sealed
Place the other bucket below the computer
Put the other end of the tubing in the other bucket
Put the water in the bucket with the hole
Enjoy

but for it to go in a loop...would u have to dump the bottom bucket into the top bucket to keep it going? lol. Speaking of buckets...anyone ever hear this?

Edit: I would definitly recommend this cooler if you are looking for one, at least this is a great external cooler. The only problem I had with it was my case, I have the ASUS Vento 3600 Case. The top of this case is round, the bottom of the cooler is flat. I had to REALLY strap it down so it wouldn't slide and fall off. I also have OCed my 6800 Ultra to 475MHz I think, I'll have to check when I get home and it still stays at or below 45C. Which means maybe I can OC more :D
