this is the coolest thing I have ever seen

Umm...this is a really stupid question, but I've never used any Mods with HL2 and...I have nooooo idea where to put this rather lovely modification, so where/how do I install it?
 
Valve/Steam/SteamApps/SourceMods
I don't blame you. Most mods come with an installer (that I've used anyway)
