TI5: Wild Card Event Concludes

The first day of competition at The International 2015 has concluded with CDEC Gaming and MVP Phoenix securing their positions as the 15th and 16th teams in the Group Stages and the Main Event. After five exciting Best of Three series and some extremely closely matched games, today's result secures both teams at least $52,490 in prize pool money, with their opponents Vega Squadron and Team Archon unfortunately being sent home empty handed.

With the Wild Card event over, tomorrow (Monday 27th July) will see the start of the four day Group Stages, where all 16 teams will compete against each other across two different categories to determine their starting rankings for the Main Event, set to begin on August 3rd 2015.
