FiringSquad: What can you tell us about plans for a demo of the game and what it will contain?

Brian Sullivan: The demo for Titan Quest will be released on May 10th, and will allow someone to play the first few levels of the game. We will make three skill masteries (Warfare, Hunting and Earth) available for play, out of a total of eight masteries. I really hope people give it a try, as I think they will be pleasantly surprised.
Complete Interview.

Man, I have been watching this game for a long while now and it is looking incredible and much deeper than Diablo ever was! Everything about it seems too good to be true, so I will try to keep a level head while thinking about this slaking my Diablo thirst for years to come!

I love RPG's but I'd have to wait for a review before I get interested tbh, because I've never heard of it.

. People in the office are playing it so much, it is detracting from their work!
The graphics seem to reflect that, it looks like it would have been hot shit a few years ago, but, on the bright side - this might actually be able to play on my shitty PC.

So, if it's fun, that's all that matters when you come down to it.

The vids of it running are actually pretty fantastic, but yeah, I guess not many folks have heard of it...;(

Does anyone care now? :imu: You may have seen the awesome screen in the Diablo 3 thread. I can't wait to see how the physics affect everything too! This game is going to be big!!

good bump, i am, damn exams atm though :|

I'll give it a try and let the game speak for itself - so to speak ;) - when the demo comes out May 10th. Looking forward to trying it.

I was kind of disappointed when I found it was going to be similiar to diablo ..I liked diablo but by the time I played Diablo 2 some of the magic wore off ..pointing and clicking small little guys that's supposed to represent you isnt my cup of tea ..but since Oblivion I'm interested in most sword and sorcery games ...although it also spoiled me in terms of quailty expectations

so I'll give the demo a chance when it come sout

That's the spirit! It should prove more interesting than just pointing and clicking on the little enemies, but we'll see just how interesting a week or so.

Yeah, I guess it doesn't really matter that much to me anyway. Especially since Titan Quest is dropping next month and Hellgate:London looks to be sort of interesting too and involves much of the Diablo team. There's a lot of great adventure games coming out soon too, so Diablo 3 can wait for all I care.

Definitely going to try this out, I hope my computer strong enough though. Heh. :p

I will give this a try. I didn't really like diablo 2, I wasn't fond of the system they used for leveling and the combat was rather boring to me...and thats pretty much the entire game.
