Trying to find a athlon 64 3500 90nm for 305 or under.

I really want to get the 90nm version of the 3500+ but i just cant find one for 305 or less if anyone knows anywhere where you can find one cheep please let me know.

I ordered an OEM version of it from newegg yesterday...I think the price went up to 310 today.

Nope, the lowest I found was 315$ OEM and 317$ Retail with Free shipping.

Pricewatch showed Newegg had a sale on them just a while ago for 309$ (OEM).

What board are you going to buy with it? They had some bundles at zipzoomfly.com.
3500+ 90nm and MSI nForce3
3500+ 90nm and Asus K8T800pro
I don't think they are discounted though.

Considering it's 2$ more for a 3yr Warranty and a Heatsink. Go with that.

yea that is a pretty good deal, im thinking of going with the 3500+ 90nm(317 @monarch) and a msi k8n neo 2 platinum(135@zipzoomfly) and 1 gb pc3200 Geil (163 @buyxg.com) Do you know if Geil is any good or are there any better ones for the same price, pc3200?

I wouldn't recommend buying that memory from Buyxg.com seeing as it's cheaper at Zipzoomfly and you are already ordering a part from them.

Go to www.zipzoomfly.com They have the socket 939 +3500 for $245.70. Cheapest I have seen yet.

im pretty sure from seeing the tests the 90nm runs cooler and a tad faster, basically i heard its better for overclocking even though i dont know how to do that. But if anyone has any info on good prices for the 3500+ 90nm please tell me as soon as possible im looking to purchase my stuff today.

You might just have to go with the +3500 0.13. There is no where that I know of that has the +3500 90nm.. Sorry.

Are you sure you can't wait until after Christmas? After, Christmas the prices will drop, maybe or maybe not drastically, but will drop. If you can, wait till January to purchase your products. If not, get the +3200 and overclock it to +3500 speeds. It is simple to do with the stock fan and heatsink that comes with the +3200, just make sure your case has decent cooling also.

You saved 10$ on the memory from buyxg to zipzoomfly, just pretend you saved the money on the CPU and get the 90nm version from Monarchcomputers.com.

Ahh.... Ecost.com is pissing me off i ordered my 3500+ a month ago and it's still backordered, will someone give me a link to a 3500+ winchester core for close to if not $295, cause im just going to cancell my order from ecost tommarow if they don't get their act together...
Any links would be extemely helpfull.

EDIT: Nevermind it just shipped after a month, oh man im so happy, still not with ecost, but that my 3500+ is finnally going to come.
