This may be a long shot, but there's a couple old cartoon movies I'd love to watch again, but I'm having a hard time remembering their titles.

The first one was about a girl whose name was Robin I believe. She lived with some evil relatives in a big house with a fat dog that rolled around on a skateboard. Anyway, she leaves the house to search for an old cabin where she'd meet her father. Somewhere in the trip, she gets trapped on a Ferris wheel by some carnies she encounters.

I don't really have hope for the second one being named. It was a two hour or so collection of old, old cartoon shorts including one short about this old couple in a factory where everything was being made. The factory was very creative and was making some insane shit. Other than that, I have nothing more on the video... :\

Thanks for the help.

The first movie you're talking about is Tom and Jerry: The Movie. The girl's name is Robyn Starling.

The second one, I'll need more info. I probably know it; if you think of anything more, I'll try and help.

saw that tom and jerry movie with my kids ..it's craptastic ..they should have just buried Tom and Jerry after the initial run of MGM shorts. the hanna barbara cartoons (1975's Tom and Jerry Show) were god awful as are the recent remakes. really tepid garbage in comparison to the original mgm cartoons

You know, I was thinking about the Tom and Jerry movie while brainstorming for details about the movie, but I thought they were separate thoughts. Duh me. Thanks. I probably still have the old VHS around here someone. Now to find a VHS player...

As for the other one... that's honestly all I can remember. Again, it was a big movie made up of little cartoon shorts. I don't think any of these cartoons were of an proper name (like Bugs Bunny or anything). The only short I remember was of the factory. I believe it an old couple walking around viewing the conveyor belts and laughing (with huge expressions, of course) at what was coming out. It was in black and white, iirc. I really wish I could remember any other cartoon that was in the collaboration. I would always fast forward through the film just to that part, just 'cause it was so awesome. If I think of any other details, I'll post them here.

Thanks again for the first film; a lot more than what I expected.
