Turn off the title screens?

I know people other than me hate the initial title screen in VALVes source games. It takes forever to load and all your waiting to do is to click to start your game a wait for it to load again.

In the older source games you could edit the valve.cfg file or whatever it was and disable the loading of the title level... now I cant find out how to do it...

Right click on Episode 2, go to properties, then go to set launch options, then enter '-console' (without the ' ' ). Hit okay.
