It's my turn to bitch
I have spent over 1 year of my life waiting for this game and here I am with no game and spending some time on this "we love half life forum". Which just pisses me off!
Ok before anyone jumps to the classic "you need to get out more" or "it's just a game" or "you have the smallest penis in the world" or........well you know, I just want to say that I'm not a HL fan. I infact never finished the first one because I got bored with it(shocking I know). I am however a fan of video games in general and just don't understand how a company that is worth millions and have so called "professionals" running it cannot come up with one solid concrete release date.
Whats they're problem? How do the other well known gaming companies stick by their release dates? Example: Rockstar and the gta series, all which made the release date with the exception of one week. Those were high demand titles that not only made the date but blew us away.
I have already purchased my copy(hl2/ati coupon) so yes, I will still play it. But my excitement is gone and I have moved on to bigger and better titles. Hl2 was the first game to make me want to join a forum and talk about it. I am however done with visiting hl2 sites and when it comes out I will play it just like all the other titles I manage to play and then I will move on to the next.
You guys were fun to chat with while it lasted for me and thanks for all the cool info. Later ;(
