whats going on here. in the games domain preview they say vampire is done but here they say they are near beta stage? & also in this interview of vamp he says with "With Half Life 2 shipping on September 1st"

games domain says they will have a review in a few weeks?

I think the game is real close but the thing i don't understand is why in this interview they say they are near beta stage with vamp but at games domain they say they are done?

Let me give you one word, and you find a dictionary and read up on it.
SPECULATION.

Game Banshee doesnt know jack about when HL2 is releasing.
Not even Valve knows when HL2 is releasing.

And September 1st release is not possible at this stage.

you cant trust anyone.. i think hl2 is very near release.. at least i hope so.. but it just seems like alot of "SPECULATION" like you said..

they would not say they are going to have a review in a few weeks if they didn't know they were getting a copy of the full game.. they must be.. & maybe vamp is done but he didn't want to say it in the interview..

gamesdomain might know something we don't or they just pulling bs?

I know this might piss everyone in the gaming world off, but I want HL2 to come out right after I get my PC hooked up. It'll probably take about 2 weeks to get to me, and I don't want to sit here for a week reading about the HL2 is the best game ever.

HL2 was completely playable end, thru end, and they were barely heading into Beta, Roughly a Month and a half to 2 months is a good ammount of time to be in Beta, they should still hit there target of Oct 12 or barely miss it only by maybe a week tops.
