video program for tutorials

anyone know of a program that i could use to record hammer tutorials id like to help out any new comers like myself to mapping, i have fraps but that only captures the 3d view port, and it needs to have audio. thanks

camtasia studio 3 is good but its really slow on my computer.

My Camtasia has expired To bad, i have taken a 1 year class in video editing and we used that program (and alot of other programs).

And its no where to be found...on...uhm..ehh..."not-allowed" sites
