Here's a site that has video's of most (if not all) Wii games that were shown at E3. I'm at work, so I can't watch them yet (and the site is horrendously slow), but I'll be putting in my flawless reasoning why this is better than PS3 once I get home and watch them (talk about a priori reasoning).

Well the fact that they're gameplay footage already makes them better. *runs away from impending explosion of fanboyism*.

Mmm, these do look fun. I really hope the Wii turns out to be as fun and engaging as the DS has. It will surely sell tons!! I bet it eclipses the 360 and flies right by the PS3 in terms of units sold. Time for Nintendo to gain back what they have lost!!!

Horrendous only begins to describe this torturous information stream in speeds of decades past. :bonce:

**** this. :hmph:

I don't know, maybe it is having a problem, or I'm having a browser problem. I left it for 6 minutes and it still never finished loading the main page.

The videos load incredibly fucking slow.

That is client side. Try to restart your PC or restart your internet.

EDIT: Hahaha. Lucid, you put the F in italics. :p Then changed it to bold!

It must have been a glitch. The page loaded right up this time, but now I see what you guys mean by slow. This video is loading at ancient internet speeds.

Shh. :hmph:

edit : I like the drums demo. n.n
See, that's how the Wii should be utilized! Virtual instruments!

I can see a guitar working with it. o_o
Just use your imagination.

Drum is the only one I haven't seen.

/me waits for loading

/me waits more

If you stream the video it might take an hour to buffer! Instead, just dowload the HD video. It's fast. It takes only a few minutes to download each video.

I had time to waste anyway. That Drum video was awesome. Not sure about the whole remembering buttons to play, but I assume that'll come second nature.

Saw this linked from another site, cool stuff, and loading fine for me.

The drum demo looks sweet, especially appealing since air-drumming is one of my favourite pass-times :D Wondering how they're gonna do the bass drum though... maybe if they release a wii-pedal for racing games you could utilise that, would feel unnatural pressing a controller button for it.

The tennis also looked very cool, definitely grabbing Wii Sports on release. And Excite Truck, using it like a steering wheel - very cool. Shows that the wiimote isn't just a one trick pony :)

Red Steel though... while it looks cool, seemed very awkward to control. That or the guy playing just sucked something awful... but the turning motion seems pretty unnatural. Metroid Prime 3 seems a bit smoother in this regard, but still looks like it could take some getting used to.

There are way more than what's listed on that site.

Not really worth waiting for the load.

I watched the drum one and the elebits one. Looks pretty sweet. Those guys weren't very good drummers though. I think it would be pretty awesome if they had a good way of controlling the bass. Maybe youcould press a third controller...with your foot :smoking: Otherwise I could just hit the low tom for the bass and get some pretty sweet licks going.

Elebits looked pretty interesting, even though it was just a techdemo. Having that wii-mote is probably going to make physics alot more entertaining in games.

EDIT: I am imagining Guitar Hero right now on the wii, except its Drummer Hero. now that would kick ass!

:O Rock Star Hero!

One person uses the Wiimote and the nunchuck to air-guitar, a second uses two Wiimotes to play the drums, and the third uses the mic to do some karaoke. Best game ever?
