VUG Selling Products Off

i read on gamesdomain just before that VUG were selling off their educational software products. They said that they wanted to focus more on games but does anyone think that it has anything to do with the HL2 delays? Im really not sure, it might or might not be about half-life. What do you guys think?

But i believe there may be a link between the planets aligning this week and the delay. The astro-cosmic forces of the galaxy are greatly affecting computer game release dates everywhere.

EDIT: means nothing. All it means is it wasn't making enough money for them so they pushed them on to another company (VUG are still going to publish those titles though).

VU:G has been in the red for a while now, they're looking to games like Tribes: Vengeance and Half-Life 2 to help them.

Until then they're just getting rid of components they think aren't profitable enough to hold on to.
