Ive have the same problem on some walls, try using the texture nolight or blocklight or somthink in the middle of the wall.

Are any of those walls a brush based entity?

does the brush that makes up the wall the light is shining on in that pic continue beyond the wall at right angles to it? if so, i'd suggest cutting it in two where the right angle wall meets, which should cut the lightmap in two as well

Making brushes like walls into func_detail causes that sort of thing...Since it's basically turning the thing into an entity, which doesn't block vis.

It's more likely that your walls aren't touching, however. Zoom in on your wall seams and make sure they're snug.
