Water problem please help!!!

Im having trouble with adding water to my map. I currently have my geometry,
nodraw, water , and env_cubemap implace. i have checked for leaks in the area for the past 3 hours(no joke) and have replaced the whole thing 3 times. I have put together some pics for your viewing.

If anyone has any clues as to what the problem is your help will be much appreciated.

Load the pointfile to help you find any leak. Make sure that your level is perfectly sealed with brushes (no entities or displacements).

PointFile was checked and doesnt look like anything

Well thanks for the quick response. I checked the pointfile and it kinda points of into space not really pointing to anything. I updated my screenshots to better assist. This is my first map soo im not to sure how the pointfile works. I do understand that it points to leaks. I cant tell what its pointing at?

see if you attached an itetentity to the brush

Hard to tell where is the problem from that angle but if the line goes through a "wall" or a "floor" or a "ceiling" that means that's an entity and you should convert it to a brush. Also it might be a little hole somewhere that leads to the void. Finally, make sure that no brushes are intersecting each other. (It shouldn't produce any leaks but it will slow down performances). If you want you can send me the map file so I can have a look at it.

make sure you dont have a displacment map on the edge of your map. i.e make sure there is a real brush behind it.

hm, go to visgroups on the hammer sidebar (at right), and uncheck entities, displacements and detail brushes. if you see gaps in your map, that's where the leak is. also, if your water disappears you've flagged it as detail by mistake.

well im still stuck and have been playing around with it since the first post. id be glad to send a copy to you just give me your email and ill send it out. I have tryed all of your ideas with no positive outcomes. hope to here back with the address.
