Is there any program out now that can edit i.e. the firing rate, ammo per shot, things like that, that deal with the ammo? I dont really want to mod the weapons model or sound, just have like infinite ammo or like make my own sniper.
For instance, take the Assault Rifle and make it so it only fires 1 shot per clip, have a scope, make the spread of the bullet like 0 so it's super accurate, and make the range super long, so as to act like a sniper.
