you drop down in a room and those flying cutters go at you until you kill almost all of them and a barrel blows up. in the middle of the room theres a ladder you can go up and over on a pipe and go to the other side of the room where you have a small hall to a big fall in to water. theres bars on the left and pipes all around. or down to water where theres a big pipe that you can't jump to i'm STUPID jon

Jump down the pipes and theres a valve sticking out of one of them you need to turn.

LOL. Everyone seems to be getting stuck here.

Go throguh to the second room & on the back of one of those pipes is a valve you need to turn to raise the water level
