Where do those....{spoilers} lead

From a screenshot of the back cover for the strategy guide, there are

Some sort of trains (the really tall/thin) goes to NOVA PROSPEKT.

Anybody who have the guide, please indulge me as to what they are.

This should be at the train station that you first arrive at. But you don't gain access to it straight away.
