Where does it save the games?

I need to backup my system because I finally received my new main board (the ASUS A7V600 I have sucks the big one) so I'd like to know where the files I need to backup are.

OK they're there, but the game won't see them. It shows me there are no saved games.

I don't want to play it all over again, I'm about 4 hours into the game and passed the water hazard and forbitten city levels.

HEEELP!!!
