where to preorder hl2 in the UK

does anyone know a decent place online to preorder hl2? i want somewhere i know send out new games on or a day before the release date to get to the customer asap. any ideas?

The best way to get it asap is through steam. I think i read that they're going to send it encrypted to people's hard drives a week before release. As for UK retailers i personally recomend www.dvd.co.uk www.amazon.co.uk and www.play.com.
