Why do I get this error?

I get this (http://img357.imageshack.us/img357/7898/error0au.jpg) when I load my custom map. I do have custom models. How can I make the server not force consistency?

The second time I try to load my map It works, but it's just annoying.

edit: Nevermind I restored with defaults.

The CVar that controls forced consistency is sv_consistency, I think.
