You'll be fine. Just let the game set your video options for you. If you try to set everything to high on that card, you'll get about 10 fps. But is dhould run on medium settings at around 30-60 fps. GL

And the answer is no. Or at least it should be.
Reports are that it does run acceptably on a 5200, but that is definitly your weak spot.
