Unplug your Xbox live for 1-2 weeks, plug it back in, fill out the form, and there you go! I dod not get a bill or anything for 2 years! try it!

Have you actually waited the 30 days for your credit card bill to come, and see that no charge was infact made to your already stored credit card?
