Grunt 2: "They say he was at ground zero."
Grunt 1: "Science team? You think think he was responsible? Sabotage, maybe?"
Grunt 2: "Yeah, maybe. All I know for sure is he's been killing my buddies."
Grunt 1: "Oh yeah. He'll pay. He will definitely pay."
I remember that conversation. Right before you reach the satellite launch. It made me feel kind of guilty when I had to eventually waste them.
Well it's an official expansion, all of those were made in consultation wih Valve.Cybernoid said:Can Decay be considered as an official part of the story? It's such an obscure game, not many have played it...

"S2:"... I don't know how you can say that, although I will admit that the possibility of a resonance cascade is extremely unlikely."
I haven't played Decay and I'm not sure what you're talking about in Blue Shift, but I do remember a line about the security systems being disabled. They run the antimass spectrometer up to 105% in order to get a better reading of the sample, and they have to disable the security/safety systems in order to do so. I can't remember exactly where I heard that, though.Eejit said:There's extra information pointing to sabotage in both Decay and Blue Shift. Things the scientists say, though I can't remember exactly what off-hand. Something about security systems being disabled.
